Lower call rates and per second billing

We have decreased some of our VoIP calling rates and also dropped per minute billing, across the board.
All landline calls are now billed per second, without having to add any access code. Previously, you could access per second billing by dialling a 00 access code, in front of the number you were dialling. From now on, no access code is required since all local and national calls are billed per second.
Cellphone calls are now billed every 30 seconds, instead of every 60 seconds.
International rates may have gone up for certain destinations, but most have generally remained the same.
