Login to your cPanel, using the login credentials you received in your Welcome E-Mail. Once logged in, click on 'Mail' and select 'Add/Remove/Manage Accounts' and then click 'Add Account'.

If you have add-on domains, parked domains or sub-domains, you can add email accounts at any of the domains you own by selecting them from the drop-down menu.
