Is call forwarding to a landline or mobile phone number possible if my phone is offline?

If your telephone is unable to register or your broadband connection is down, you can setup your extension to forward your calls to an alternate number. This can be a landline or mobile number and all calls will be diverted to this number. Please note that call charges do apply when calling landline or mobile numbers.
