Will I be able to cancel my VoIP account if Im not 100% satisfied?

Our Standard and Advanced accounts carry a monthly subscription fee, but we do not tie you into any contracts, so you can cancel at any time. We do not, however, offer refunds for cancellations. This includes un-used airtime at the time of cancellation.

If you want to test, you can can request a demo account and one will be issued to you for testing on your LAN and your equipment. Once it's active, you can test your account by dialling *52. This will let you use our VoIP Echo Test, without incurring call charges.

The Echo Test will let you call our systems and hear yourself talking back over the phone. This allows you to guage quality and hear for things like echo or latency.

If the Echo Test gives you the results you expect, you can purchase some airtime and use it to make calls.

Demo accounts can be easily converted into either a Standard or Advanced account, so you will not need to re-configure your devices to convert your account.
