How do I cancel a service or product?

In order to cancel a specific product or service, please first login to https://my.rheid.com

Once you are logged in, click on 'My Products & Services' at the top of the page.

This will show you a list of your products and services.

In the list of your products and services, find the product you want to cancel and click on the icon on the far right of the page.

Once on the actual product details page, you can use the 'Request Cancellation' button to request a cancellation of that specific product or service.

You will be required to provide us with a reason for cancellation, as well as when you would like to cancel the product or service.

If requesting an immediate cancellation, the product or service will be automatically cancelled at midnight of the same day. If requesting cancellation at the end of the billing cycle, it will automatically be cancelled at midnight on the last of the current billing period.

Automatic cancellation means that the product or service will be permanently terminated. In other words, if it is a VoIP or hosting account, it will be deleted from our servers. We do not keep backups for you, so please make sure you have a backup before requesting a cancellation of such products (if applicable).

Please note : If there are outstanding invoices for the product or service at the time of cancellation, those invoice will still need to be paid in full.
